Hey, friend, let me ask you something.
Speaker AWhen was the last time you paused long enough to ask yourself what you need, not what everyone else expects, not what's on your to do list, but what your heart is actually craving right now?
Speaker ASometimes all it takes is the right question to shift your mindset.
Speaker ASo today I'm keeping it real simple and short and sharing three questions every woman over 50 should be asking herself right now.
Speaker AThese are the questions that helped me reconnect with my purpose, rediscover my voice, and say yes to the woman that I'm becoming.

Speaker AWelcome to Aging with Grace and Style, the podcast for women who refuse to shrink as they age.
Speaker AI'm your host, Valerie Hatcher, and every week we dive into real talk, mindset shifts, and the kind of encouragement that helps you rise confident, courageous, and unapologetically you.
Speaker ANow I know life moves fast, especially in this season.
Speaker AWe're juggling responsibilities, navigating change, and sometimes forgetting to check in with ourselves.
Speaker AThat's why these three questions matter.
Speaker ABecause when you slow down long enough to ask them honestly, that's when the shift begins.
Speaker AQuestion number one what do I want this next chapter to look like?
Speaker ASo often we've spent decades pouring into others, raising kids, building careers, supporting families that we forget we're allowed to want more.
Speaker ANot more things, but more fulfillment, more alignment, more you take a breath and ask yourself, what kind of mornings do I want?
Speaker AWhat kind of energy do I want to feel?
Speaker AWhat do I want to be surrounded by?
Speaker AMaybe you want to slow down.
Speaker AMaybe you want to write a book, travel solo, or go back to school.
Speaker AWhatever it is, it's valid.
Speaker AThis chapter gets to look different.
Speaker AAnd actually, it should.
Speaker AWhat small shifts can I make to feel better in my body and mind at this stage?
Speaker AHealth isn't about chasing a number on the scale.
Speaker AIt's about how you feel when you wake up in the morning.
Speaker AFor me, I had to learn that wellness doesn't have to be extreme.
Speaker AIt can be a 15 minute walk or swapping one processed meal for something fresh, or choosing yoga or stillness instead of hustle.
Speaker ASo ask yourself, what habits are no longer serving me?
Speaker AAnd what's one small shift I can make this week?
Speaker AThis isn't about Perfection.
Speaker AIt's about honoring yourself with grace.
Speaker AQuestion 3 is it too late to start something new?
Speaker AThe short answer?
Speaker ANo, Never.
Speaker ABut let's be real.
Speaker AIt feels scary.
Speaker AMaybe you've dreamed of launching something, sharing your story, or just simply learning something new, and you've wondered, who would even care?
Speaker AAm I too old to start Now?
Speaker AListen, I launched this podcast in my late 50s, okay?
Speaker AClose to 60, with no big team, no studio, just me, my voice, and a little faith.
Speaker AYou're not too late.
Speaker AYou're right on time.
Speaker ASo what if you started small?
Speaker AWhat if you let your curiosity lead instead of your fear?
Speaker AStart scared, start unsure.
Speaker ABut start.
Speaker ASo here's my challenge for you this week.
Speaker ATake 15 minutes.
Speaker AGrab a journal or open the notes app on your phone and write down.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker AOr type your answers to these three questions.
Speaker AWhat do I want this next chapter to look like?
Speaker AWhat small shift can I make to support my health and my mindset?
Speaker AWhat dream have I been sitting on because I thought it was too late?
Speaker ANow, give yourself space.
Speaker ATo be honest.
Speaker ANo filters, no judgment.
Speaker AThis is for you.
Speaker ASo if this episode spoke to you, send it to a friend, someone who might be stuck and needs a little reminder that her next chapter is unwritten and wildly full of possibility.
